Went to Fry's twice to transfer to Touch Mobile: No one knew anything about how, what, when, etc....

Called customer service - fella on the phone, working from home, was untrained on moving my service and number.

I have a Virgin Mobile service (Sprint Network) - Touch Mobile service (Sprint Network).

My phone is complete acceptable to the Sprint Network.

My phone number is portable.

My hex # is good for Sprint, and my ICC is good for Sprint.

All that needs to be done is : Direct my connection on Sprint to Touch Mobile for billing!

I escalated the call to a supervisor - and told her that Touch Mobile was too immature to be of any use to me.

This company advertises $20 dollar a month service; but can't connect you.

Also, at Fry's - there was no pre-paid cards ( with needed PIN Number ) available ( none ).

Total bait and switch!
