Touchstone research group LLC only thing I got was excuse after excuse, mailed to wrong address, never never returned phone calls NewYork, New York
On April 28, 2011 I requested a Military DD214 from Touchstone, they charged me $103.00. I never received it. May 3, 2011 I called them, only to find out they mailed it to the wrong address. They assured me it would be re-mailed immediately. It is now May 11, 2011, the gentleman on the phone did not know how to locate it, he said that wasn't really his job, but could not put me in touch with anyone that knew anything about it. I said "what if I never receive it" to which he stated "oh you will". "Ok when", he doesn't know. Whenever I left messages, they were NEVER returned.

Sorry, NOT buying it, these folks Put a good deal of ime making this complaint, a simple "BOGUS' by you makes YOU sound lile a Fake.

reviews at our website. How can we possibly respond to anonymous complaints?
This is a dirty-tricks by, most likely, our very envious competitors.
