4 Weeks ago I contarcted a company that refers to themslevs as Touch Tone Telemarketing. I 1st spoke with teh sales rep that sells there services... then after my conversations with her I spoke with what they referred to as her manager,,,,Dave??? and then he forwarded me to an account manager named Christine. She sounded like a very young girl almost like a high school kid. I can't believe at that point I was putting my business in the hands of a teenager. After scheduling phone calls with her that weren't completed I called back this gentleman named "Dave" and requested to him that I don't want to deal with the rep, "Christine" and only want to deal with him since she was never able to comply with my requests. She would tell me she would call m at certain times and I would set that time in my book for our phone meetings which she never kept, hence my desire to not have her as my rep.

I sent them numerous emails with what was expected from our agreement which were never replied to nor did they do what was expected of them.

They are the most unproffessional sounding company you could ever call...When you call they answer "Customer service..." I don't know abvout anyone else but I am accustomed to calling a company and them answering by the company name...CALL AT&T and they answer the phone ..."AT&T..."

Well after them not complying with our agreement told them that I wanted a refund and they suddenly sent me an email wit1/2 of the number of what was agreed upon and then again making more excuses....

I have contacted many other consumer services and would only tell you to beware of them and aviod them as they are only out to commit fraud and steal your money.

You need to contact the Mass. Attorney generals office. if you go to the website, you can find information about filing a report. You will first need to send a letter of demand and then can file a report. You may also contact them directly and make the complaint that they are doing bussiness as a massachusetts corporation and are not registered with massachusetts. make sure you tell them they have their name as Touchtone Telemarketing INC, the "INC" is the important part. they should be able to help you. I spoke with the corporations divisions in the SOS and they told me I would need to contact the Attorney general's office of Massachusetts. which I have already done. Please contact me if you need more information.

I can assure you I am no competitor of TouchTone Telemarketing. I am in Financial Service Sales and wanted to hire them to schedule my appointments. In my 1st conversation with them I made them aware of another company I had hired. And how 2 weeks after giving them my check (not credit card- SCAM #1) they filed bankruptsy. MONEY GONE...

ANd upon telling "No Last Name" Barbara about the situation her holyer than though attitude came out and assured me that they are a real company in Boston and that will not happen with them...Then she passed me on to Dave another no last name character in their circus. He too assured me of the professionalism of the comapny and that my account manager would be Christina (No Last Name but she is the owner so they say)...All I wanted from them was for them to do there job as agreed upon in the contract. WHICH THEY DIDN'T...

Also I gave them a list of zip codes from which I wanted the list that "THEY" were supposed to contact be comprised of. And the list was to consist of particular demographics. Age, Income...when I got a list it was none of what I had requested so God only knows where they got that list from...I guess they pulled it out of there....

Well Lauren All I can say is I only hope you have found what your are looking for and to stay clear away from companies that don't accept credit cards...

A comapnie that doesn't accept credit cards = SCAM

I got my list of leads but most are either the wrong area or incorrect phone numbers and I never got a call apologizing just a call threatening me...

You should just contact your bank and let them know there was fraud commited and you did your half of the contract but they didn't do as they promised and services were not recieved and you should most likely get your money back...

I just recieved an anonomys phone call from Touch Tone...letting me know there will be a report about me here as of tomorrow...I guess since they know the truth about there own company and can't rebut this report they can only attempt to slander there unhappy clients instead of correcting there own internal business mistakes...

Bring it on...:)
