Touchtone Telemarketing Inc. Aka Christina (owner) Touchtone Telemarketing FRAUD, THIEF, WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT REPOND Boston Massachusetts Boston Massachusetts
My story is very similar to the previous compaints listed in this publication.
In May 2008 I was contacting several telemarketing companies online to generate appointments for my insurance company. I contacted a company that refers to themselves as Touch Tone Telemarketing. I first spoke with a sales rep by the name of David at extension #139. He was very professional in his presentation and after several phone calls we agreed on a plan which included Touchtone engaging in marketing services at no charge to client.
Touchtone agreed to provide an ordered calling list of 2500 qualified names. This calling list was to be the only cost to me. This was described as a promotion where they fully expected me to renew based upon their performance even though I was not obligated to do so. I gladly paid for the names for them to call based upon Touchtone Telemarketing providing a qualified list through one of their list vendors. I was very firm in providing the type of qualifications I was looking for in a list. I had already called several list companies and knew that my type of qualifications could be specifically ordered.
I was then forwarded to an account manager (whom I later discovered was the owner) Christine. After a couple of weeks of (????calling????) with no appointments to show for it, I requested the list. The list was sent to me after which I began to call approx 300 names as a test. I discovered that this list wasn't anything I ordered. Most of the names were businesses....not 65 year old residents as I had requested. I provided her a documented call list of my results requesting either a list refund or a list re-order. Christina suggested that a refund was out of the question but that a new list would be re-ordered if I could provide documentation of my results. After providing documentation, Christina supposedly ordered a new list that I had to wait a week to receive. Touchtone supposedly began calling this new list. I also begin doing my own testing of this list and discovered the same results as before. I have attempted to contact Christina about this list requesting a refund but she doesnt return my calls. I have felt scammed and will contact the FTC, Attorney Generals Office and any other entity I can find to warn them about Touchtone Telemarketings business practices. I did not receive what I ordered and am due a refund on the list.
I left Christina many voice mail messages relaying my displeasure about what was expected from our agreement. These were never replied to nor did they do what was expected of them.
Beware of Touchtone Telemarketing and avoid them as they are only out to commit fraud and steal your money. I was told today by calling the main office number at 800-779-8442 that Christina is the owner. Christina can be reached at 714-887-8126.
Does anyone have any other ideas how to warn others about this fraudulent behavior? Any ideas on how to obtain a list refund? Bottom line: DON'T BE SUCKED INTO THIS SCAM!!!!!

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report. In this case we removed an alleged competitor's name

You need to contact the Mass. Attorney generals office. if you go to the website, you can find information about filing a report. You will first need to send a letter of demand and then can file a report. You may also contact them directly and make the complaint that they are doing bussiness as a massachusetts corporation and are not registered with massachusetts. make sure you tell them they have their name as Touchtone Telemarketing INC, the "INC" is the important part. they should be able to help you. I spoke with the corporations divisions in the SOS and they told me I would need to contact the Attorney general's office of Massachusetts. which I have already done. Please contact me if you need more information.
