On January 13, 2016 we finalized the sale of my home. I received the check minus $4000. Joanne Lee explained that id receive the 4000 after 3months because the title company would try to pay my 1800 judgement. The company that filed judgement has long gone out of business and it was a small claims case. Its been over 8 montha and joanne will not answer my calls. I read in their clause that if they keep the money after the 90 days they begin to deduct 50 dollars monthly. This is a well organized scam!
