Complaint Review: TowerHill Corp Al Bresnik

We purchased a house from TowerHill Corp a little more then a year ago. The person who signed all the paper was Al Bresnik. Since then it has changed it's name to Springridge Development Corp.

The house was a nightmare. Everything was leaking. Roof was leaking from the chimney cap. Bresnik's subcontractor insisted that we call to A&B air conditioner on Staten Island that installed the unit. They were coming after every rain trying to put some tar on the roof but it's still leaking. The AC drainage pipe had the same problem. We've had a technician every week during summer but they didn't have a clue what they were doing.

Finally the freon from the system is gone in one year and now A&B wants us to pay them for visits cause one year warranty has expired.

All the windows are leaking. During each rain we have a flood in the house. On the first floor the floor was always wet and when we complained the builder said it was OK for concrete floor to be wet cause it was due to different temperatures in the house and outside. He promised to send somebody to take a look at it. It was 3 month ago. He doesn't pick up the phone any more or once we introduce ourselves hangs up.

When we opened up the wall at was main drainage pipe punctured twice with baseboard nails.
