Towerpoint Capital is a cell phone investment company based in Atlanta, Georgia but facing (((REDACTED))) in as many as 18 states. In 2014 Towerpoint Capital lost their private equity funding and was bought out by Jesse Wellner, John Gutowski and Dustin Cahill. Towerpoint Capital is (((REDACTED))). More specifically, the company is accused of misleading customers by claiming to create value for a customer's cell phone tower, but instead selling 100% of all their deals to Crown Castle International. AllianceBernstein currently finances Towerpoint's acquisitions, and AllianceBernstein has been implicated as a knowing participant in the scheme.
