Town & Country Escrow Corp send check $50 with 4 peoples name on it have be sign by 4 people sent it back ask for ck in just my name toni casity sends re issssue ck back with 4 people name on it that has be signed by all 4 again with letter say (I am returning the enclosed check to you to have signed and cashed.

Regarding your request to divide the enclosed check into four separte checks,I'm sorrybut there woud be a $20 fee to process the change since this check was already re-issued for a check that was not cashed in August of 2001 .

If you do not cash check, the funds will be escheated to the state. your truly, toni casity escrow assistant ) i think thes is very wrong and they cant give to state tell 3 years un clam they charge u give u a check ??

to let Town & Country Escrow Corp this is bad and give us 4 check to all partys not to charge $ 20 for a $50 check we all got payed b4 in checks with out four name on it and did not get charge for it
