Complaint Review: Townecraft Cookware Corp.

I attended an event and suppposedly won a drawing for some FREE cookware. (When actually all of my friends who signed up received the same phone call that they had won cookware as well). However it was really a dinner held at our home where we were to invite other couples over so they could try to sell their expensive cookware.

When they arrived there was definitley some high pressure. The salesman talked down another company that we had bought cookware from. One of our friends bought some cookware and were unhappy with it. The saleman said they needed to finish making payments and could not return any of the pans.

We never received any FREE product , which Im glad for now because it is not quality cookware, especially for the price. We are extremley happy with our current cookware When we called the co. it took at least 5 tries to get through. We told them about the saleman , The Townecraft co.  said all of thier salemen are self employed and they do not have anything to do with the way they sell their cookware. None of this makes any sense. I feel as though we were lied to so they could get in to our home so they could try to pressure us and our friends to buy their cookware. I would not recommend this co. to anyone.
