I originally placed my order from Toy Wiz on December 11, 2012. I ordered a certain type of video game replica gun and the total cost with shipping was $162. It was shipped on the Dec 13 and I received my package on Dec 19, only to find out it was the wrong item. After much discussion, I decided I wanted what I ordered, so I returned this item the same day. It was received back to Toy Wiz on Dec 27, where it sat for over a week and due to my constant emails, was finally processed for return. My exchange was sent out on Jan 7 and I just received it today, Jan 11. Ok, so basically by now a month has gone by since my initial order. I finally get the right item, open the box and find out that there is something inside of it, rattling around and making a loud noise. I take out the battery compartment and see a small square towards the back. In twisting this item around, I can see what appears to be a piece of metal, maybe 3-4 inches long and maybe an inch thick, sort of the size of half a roll of quarters, but too big to grab or come through the hole. It's just rattling around everyone you touch this toy. So, I get angry and call customer service, again, probably for the 6 or 7th time during all of this, the lady tells me, well we can't exchange it because we sold out, so you can contant the manufacturer and sometimes they will help you get another item, or you can send it back for a refund. Ok, now mind you, this toy was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son, so this whole thing has been shot to hell. I get an email from Toy Wiz directing me to the toy manufacturer, which by the way you can NOT call on the phone, you have to send in all your information by email and wait for someone to respond. Forget that. I called Toy Wiz back and told them I wanted a full refund. I was told my refund is based on when the return gets there and they inspect it to make sure I didn't do anything to it. I am so pissed off. I wasted a month of my time and money with this company and their bull crap. You would think that after 2 screw ups, they would be kissing my a*s, offering me some sort of compensation for all of this. I guess I should be lucky if I get my money back at this point. I am sending this item back tomorrow. Just in case someone from Toy Wiz sees this, I have every email, every delivery confirmation, and pictures of the wrong product and broken product, so it won't do any good to weasel out of this and make up something that isn't true. I'm basically trying to warn the next sucker that buys something from this company. All they care about is your money, not the customer. If they did, I wouldn't have had to go through all of this.
