I ordered a couple of McFarlane Sport Figurines 2 weeks prior to x-mas for my 6 year old nephew. I received confirmation of the order and an order number within 48 hours of placing my order. The terms stated "during the holiday season your shipment will take from 7-10 days." Knowing that it was the holiday season I was understanding to the needs of facilitating all orders and was actually rather patient.

I sent a couple e-mails in regards to my order and got a response within 2 days of either e-mail. Saying my order had been shipped. My bank statement came in and the charges were reflected on that within 48 houirs of my order being placed.

I still have yet to see my order. They stated it was sent via USPS just after christmas. I work in the shipping business and am well aware the time it takes any of these overnight or ground services. I did e-mail them again today wanting a telephone number to which I got no reply. I am writing this complaint to warn others of TOYGLOBE. They do not ship - how, or when they say they will. I will follow up on this so other people like myself see the real time it takes TOYGLOBE to honor the agreement or to inform of further actions taken by myself or my lawyer if need be.

Buyer beware - if you want something from this company order it 3 months in advance.

In response to Toyglobes rebuttal. I did recieve the items mentioned on February 4th. My complaint was the amount of time that it took to have the items sent. They should not give shipping info. that is not within the time contraints they post on their website. They did only charge for the items they new they could ship. But after 2 weeks I was made aware that I wasn't going to receive all the items I had ordered. Buyer beware - if you want something from this company order it 3 months in advance.

The client ordered 110.40 worth of items in December. His credit card was only charged a partial amount, only the amount of the item that was shipped out to him.

His credit card was charged 75.41 Canadian dollars, which is roughly 61.00 US.

Here is his order form and the tracking number to go along with his order.
