Toyglobe.com has taken my credit card information for a pre-order of "Marvel legends series 10, set of 7" action figures. I have recieved no conformations of the order ever shipping nor have I recieved the pre-shiping messages that there pre-order policy promises to order according to their pre-order policy section.
In turn I have written a handful of emails 2 of which included my email address my telephone number and my shipping information. I have never recieved a single response. not to mention their company does not have a telephone number. to me tat just screams out fraudulent. a credible company has this sort of contact capability. and if not, I would imagine the intelligence to answer emails and make a simple phone call to straighten things out.

It is very dissapointing when you give a company a chance to do buisness and they fail you, and as it seems many others.

It is the beginning of september now and I have heard nothing. over two months!

After reading many complaints and ripp-off forums I am very alarmed. I placed a pre order for this item in june and now 2 months later I have heard nothing. I have been hawking my credit card statements.

I would like timothy the "rep" to actually contact me via telephone to give me an elaborate explanation about why they do not answer the emails of their customers. and out of curiousity, did you move to your larger premises yet?

I would not have written this message if I was treated like a human being and responded to. I will continue to think about this until I am assured that either you are sending out the order ( unlikely) or an authoritative figure is taking my credit information out of your companies hands.

I recommend toyglobe.com to no one. Don't buy anything from them! they are all but, convenient.

on 9/15/05:
I was contacted by toyglobe.com over the telephone. I was told that they did not recieve any emails from my address.
there must be a problem with the email forms on the website. I hope these problems are fixed for future purchase.
I was told my package would be sent out today and will be reaching you no later than monday.
It was very relieving to finally hear back from them.
on 9/19/05:
my order was delivered to my door step as schedualed. inside of the package was exactly what I had ordered and included were two varient chase figures. I was charged exactly as I was quoted. and all of the figures are in mint un-opened condition.
I am thankful for toyglobes good nature in the matter.
hopefully in the future toyglobe will provide a contact number on their website as well as a copy of their email address. this could help to provide contact methods other than the three on-site forms listed under the contact link in their web-site.
again toyglobe, thank you.
