I recently placed an order with the online company Toyglobe.com on the 6/6/2006 for an order totalling $125.80. This was my order number I received (TOYGLOBE Order Number 149161) in the confirmation email.

My credit card was billed the same day and yet no response with regards to my order has been received, even though I have tried and tried to contact them via their websites contact form. I do realise their policy states 14 days before shipping but it wouldn't hurt to notify customers as to their order status.

All I ask from Toyglobe is that someone within the company contact me regarding my order or at least notify me of the status. If certain items are not in stock I will understand and we can work on a plan to exchange these or items that are in stock.

I'm not even sure if most of the email contact forms on the website actually work? The other problem is how do people track their order if Toyglobe doesn't have an online customer account system, like ALL e-commerce sites do these days? I look forward to any response.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Toyglobe fully refunded me on the 10th of July.
