TOYGLOBE.COM RIPPED OFF CHAMPLAIN New York
On August 27 i ordered a hard to find Justice league wonder woman doll along with a Venom doll which came to 60.59 with shipping. The next day my account was charged 63.57. I have still not received my merchandise. I have also e-maild an tried get a phone number, nothing. On the transaction on my bank statement the address is Quebec Canada. I will be going to my bank tomorrow and closing my debit card and try to get my mony back. I am aslo calling the Better Business Bureau today. someone really needs to shut these people down.

As stated in our store policy a refund is issued to the client within 7-10 working days of our reciept of the returned product. Most clients send a return without an order number or reason for the return and we have to take time out to figure out who the return should be going to.
In the end, this client did recieve her refund without having to wait for a chargeback to occur with her credit card company.

toyglobe refunded my money back to my account on sept 22. im not sure why but i did file a complaint with the better business bureau. The credit to my account was from them and not bank issued, and my bank did verify that.
