On July 8, 2005, we ordered some plush toys (order #99859) for our children and were billed by toyglobe for the merchandise on July 8, 2005. We have yet to receive our merchandise or a response from toyglobe regarding our order. The charge on our credit card was a higher amount than the email confirmation we received. We filled out an "Order Contact Form" three business days ago and are still awaiting our "1-2 day response" from them. We have contacted our credit card company and currently have this charge in dispute. We would prefer the delivery of the toys because our children have been anxiously awaiting their arrival, but we do not want to be ripped-off.
