Ordered a product online at Toyglobe.com on Feb 2nd 2010. They sent an email that evening to say the order had been processed and our credit card was charged. They indicated it would take 6-10 business days for the toy to arrive. We are now on day 15 and no toy. When you call the phone number listed to contact the company the voicemail is always full and will not allow you to leave a message. We have also filled out the contact order form requesting information and have received nothing in return. This is a shady company and has pathetic buisiness practices. Stay away from this company!!!!!

On February 22nd 2010 I was finally able to get through on the voicemail for Toyglobe. I asked that they cancel our order and credit back the account. Their voicemail indicated that the company would get back to use either with a phone call or email within 24 hours. Needless to say, we never received a call or voicemail. On February 26th the package showed up and needed a signature confirmation. The ship date happened to be on the 22nd, the same day I made the phone call. Hmmmm..... Despite the company delivering their product, I will never do business with them again. I will also warn people to stay away from this company as well.
