I buy a car they changed the car on me and the interest rate is not what they put on the paper. They refused to fix the problem. I am very mad about that.

they charge me 9% interest when I calculated the interest by myself it looked like they charge me 23% interest . I went back to them to fix the problem they refused to do it they said to me this my car i did sign for it there is anything they can't do. Please help me because i pay $ 599 for a Toyota highlander 2012 it hard for me thank you god will bless you.

You need to remove all those add on's that the finance person put on the contract - do it right away.  Then go refi your vehicle with a local credit union.  How you remove the add on's is by having the dealership credit you back for the warranty and all those extra charges.  Looks like over $5000 in charges to you that are for useless items.  Find someone you know and trust to help you.  The credits should be applied to your outstanding balance. In addition to that, you were upside down in your previous vehicle by $11,000 so they added it to your current balance. That is another good reason to get the bogus charges credited to your balance.  The refi asap, after the credits, with a credit union.  Your payment will be less.  In the future don't trade in an upside down vehicle - it costs you dearly.
