The 'BALTIMORE SETTLEMENT' is simply a settlement agreement by Toyota to compensate African American And Hispanic customers who received higher interest rates because of their RACE.

Thad U. Baltimore, Ethel Baltimore, Mary C London, and Frederic A. Contreras were the Plaintiffs, v TOYOTA MOTOR CREDIT CORPORATION, the Defendant.

You can Google the Baltimore Settlement and get copies of the Settlement Agreement on your own. Page 7 of that Agreement, 2.23 reads, 'All African- American and Hispanic customers of TMCC who entered into a retail installment contract ( excluding lease contracts) that was assigned to TMCC in the United States between January 1, 1990 and the date of Preliminary Approval of the Settlement in this Litigation.'

QUESTION: Why are they EXCLUDING lease contracts????? Also, this is only for the Central District Of California. Aren't there African American & Hispanic people living all over the USA? These fine people drive Toyotas too, Don't they? Why limit the Agreement to a part of California? Isn't this Country United? Don't we have 50 states? Maybe Mr. Press is too busy reading all of the profit statements and he forgot!

May the TRUTH be known!
