Complaint Review: TOYOTA MOTOR CORP

TOYOTA MOTOR Corporation, OHHH WHAT A SCREWING OVER, $1800.00 IN DAMAGE THEY SAY IS NORMAL ....

After working for a toyota dealership in indy, i finally decided to lease a new tacoma 4wd sr5 . after a couple of months of winter driving i was washing and waxing the truck and saw a bunch of sloopy weld marks over both rear 1/4 glass's so i took it to the dealer where i leased the truck. they sent me to there body shop & they came out to look at the truck.

They found even more than i saw . there was the back of the cab that looked looked like a backyard body shop had put it together aswell as several other sub standard welds and rivvots & paint. they wrote an estimate to bring it up to standards and it was over $1800.00 ,this was a brand new truck. Toyota came to look at the truck and after a couple of months and visits from them ,they decided that it was normal.

I sold over a thosand vehicles at the dealership i was at.mostly toyotas . this has been 2 years now and to date i have taken 81 new toyota buyers from them and have turned them over to honda ,gmc,ford,and even hyundai i will continue doing this until i feel i took as much as i sold for these crooks over those 9 years, i sure am glad i saw this site. its a lot easier than word of mouth . but dont get me wrong i have gotten as used to toyota bashing as saying please and thank you.

thank tou for reading this and i hope more people speak up about this so-called quality vehicle they dont care about the people they just go for the profit.
