Toyota Of North Miami Toyota Dealership in North Miami I bought a car from this crooked dealer, brought the car to service the first time it rained and noticed water all over the driver side floor mat. North Miami Florida
I bought a car from this crooked dealer, brought the car to service the first time it rained and noticed water all over the driver side floor mat. They told me the issue was fixed and this was a well known with the Rave4.
They misdiagnosed the issue and problem still exists. Came back for a third time and they are refusing to honor their warranty and take ownership of their problem. Car was a gift to my mother and ended as the worst buying experience ever. Will be reaching out to Channel 7 and get an attorney involved.
Toyota of North Miami is the worst Dealership on the planet . ( Warranty manager agreed to take care of the issue in front of two other colleagues but going back on his words, horrible management all around) ***stop committing bank fraud and selling trash to customers ***

United StatesBS! Pure SLIME BALL Car Dealership BS!

I've known people who have bought that model year after year and this is NOT...repeat NOT a continuous problem with that model. For sake of discussion, let's say it was. By now, a definitive remedy would have been found and every Toyota dealership would know what that repair is! That excuse, "this is a common problem" is a bunch of BS which is used at every dealer shop in the country. But there's more...MUCH MORE! How well did you actually check out this place? This is a FAKE FEE dealership where they add at least $999 for paperwork! They also play the "dealer installed options CON-GAME which means if you buy a new car, they will add stuff which is very over priced whether you want it or not up to and including the "nitrogen in your tires" con-game. You can go to any TV station you want and the chances are they won't do anything because they don't want to lose advertising dollars. Chances are they won't even blink an eye over the FAKE FEE CON-GAME or the DEALER INSTALLED OPTIONS CON-GAME, because they haven't any clue about these types of FRAUD and DECEPTIONS which more savvy lawyers and consumer reporters know about. Bottom line here is YOU ARE CORRECT. The second you find some slime ball, stinking car dealer adding FAKE FEES is the second they are proclaiming to the world they are NOT to be trusted. In the Sleazy American Car Business, the FRAUD and DECEPTION which was once confined to sales and finance has now flown into the shop like raw sewage on a downhill street. The shop these days in slime ball car dealerships is full of commission based parts changers, not real mechanics. They don't like warranty claims because they just can't stand the restrictions the manufacturers place upon them for what the could charge. In other words, the manufacturer pays them what they want for fixing the car. The shop slime can't add more to that amount! What I would do is contact the Toyota Zone Office. Find out where else you can take that car if the warranty you are talking about is a new car manufacturer's warranty. In the future, when you need NON- WARRANTY work, do not EVER go into a dealership shop! the SMELL of FRAUD and DECEPTION will kill you. Find a good local, independent shop where you will find real mechanics, excellent customer service without dealership PRICE GOUGING. Now, go forth and SPREAD THE WORD about as per your allegations, they are refusing to honor the manufacturer's warranty and what they admit to the world of adding at least a $999 BOGUS, ADD-ON, FAKE FEE along with the nitrogen CON-GAME and dealer installed options whether you want them or not CON-GAME. They are telling you, me and everyone else TRUST and INTEGRITY are not their practices therefore you CANNOT TRUST THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!
