1/9/04 bought a new 2004 sequoia with keyless option for about $600 and dealer did not mention of any aftermarket product

1/12/04 brought the car in at dealer's request but was told that part was not in from toyota headquarter

1/29/04 brought the car in at dealder's call & postcard that part was in from toyota headquarter but was told part they have is incorrect

2/9/04 made an appointment & confirmed part availability & brought the car in but was told dealer did not have complete instruction so left the car overnight, called the dealer to insure that no aftermarket product be used and dealer confirmed twice

2/11/04 picked up car but took 3 service people to explain the use of keyless because it was not genuine toyota part

2/12/04 complained to dealer but service said that sales made decision to install aftermarket product, complained to sales but sales said that they never promised genuine toyota part on a new car purchase, complained to a senior manager at dealer but he said installing aftermarket product on new car without notifying consumer is a standard practice so no repair or refund can be made, complained to toyota headquarter but they said that toyota dealers are independently owned & cannot do much.
