Complaint Review: Toyota Of Plano

My wife to her Toyota Camry in to investigate a noise, which they could not find, however, in the process they removed the hardware which held the front plastic to the car, creating a safety hazard and a significant amount of work to fix. When confronted, they denied all responsibility.

If you go to these folks to repair a problem with your car, it seems they will make one if they can't resolve the original complaint.

Bad news place, stay away
