Toyota Rav 4 Toyota is ripping Americans off by selling Rav 4s Morristown, Tennessee
I urge all Americans to please do not purchase Rav 4 Suv's from the Toyota Company. The Rav 4's will only make it 75,000 miles or a little more before the ECM and the transmission both go out on this vehicle. The average repair cost is over $5,000.00. The Rav 4 will not even be paid off before these failures happen. The Toyota company will not recall these Rav 4 Suvs because there are hundreds if not thousands of complaints concerning the exact same issues. If you have a Toyota Rav 4 and are experiencing major repair issues I urge you to please search the internet and make sure your story is heard. I have been in contact with several people that own Toyota Rav 4 Suvs and they all have the same story as mine.
All of these Suvs are defective. Toyota has helped none of these Americans with these very common issues. Toyota has been aware of these issues since 2006 and still they are not trying to correct the problems. They will certainly though take our money to repair these problems and will will not take any responsibility for them. There have been several hundred complaints already filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Still Toyota remains silent and has no concern for what there faithful customers are going thru. Once again I urge you to do not purchase a Toyota Rav 4 because Toyota will not stand behind their products.

2004 regarding their sales tactics, & other important information. The CEO of Toyota Corporation, Mr. Funo, was alerted. The woman in charge of Toyota's National Consumer Complaints, Elaine Matsuda, was alerted too. The MAINSTREAM MEDIA was alerted! (NBC & CBS National). They were even alerted about the 'potential' COLLAPSE of the U.S. economy, & the 'potential' CRASH of the stock market!! And it HAPPENED, didn't it?

I spoke with the Toyota Headqarters today and of course they were of no assistance whatsoever. They denied that there was even a problem with the Rav 4. I was also informed that the President of the company was too good to take customer calls but I am certain that he is not too good to take our money when we spend it on Toyota's defective vehicles.

allow law suits to be filed against them, rather than doing what's RIGHT, & fixing the problems that consumers have with a product, like an automobile. Think about it, Toyota has lawyers who will represent them, correct? If YOU have to get a lawyer in a case like this, YOU would have to give that lawyer a retainer, correct? Toyota knows that most consumers who are in a situation like this DO NOT have the money, or the time to hire a lawyer and battle it out in the courts.
