TOYATA DENIED OIL SLUDGE PROBLEM AT FIRST. THEN SENT A LETTER TO ME DESCRIBING THE PROBLEM.RETURNED THE CAR TO LEASING COMPANY. THEY CONTINUE TO BILL ME. THIS HAS DESTROYED MY CREDIT.

Has Toyota offered a "buyback" of the vehicle?
The finance company really has no say in what goes on with you and toyota. They just handle the financing. I hope that it hasn't gotten far enough that they are reporting a voluntary surrender (repo).
I really don't know what the "oil sludge problem" involves since I know practically nothing about cars, but I would advise working with the division to see if they will buyback the vehicle. Please don't just return the car to the finance company, I hate seeing people do that because it really does destroy your credit!
The number that I have for Toyota is 1-800-331-4331 make sure that you get a case number and name and be persistant!
