Toys R Us allowed a bathroom stall to fall on a mother and child in their unsafe bathrooms. I was shocked to see the photo!!!

See http://consumerist.com/5164333/toys-r-us-bathroom-stall-falls-on-child-safety-advocate report.

"In 2006, Jenniferthe co-founder of popular parenting/consumer advocacy site Z Recommendstook her two-and-a-half-year-old to the bathroom at the local Toys R Us store. What she didn't know was that this particular store featured the awesome striking power of the Action Toilet Stall with Collapsible Mom Trap! As she closed the door, the entire partition fell over on top of her and her daughter. Jennifer managed to protect her daughter from harm, but in the two years since the event, she's developed chronic pain from the accidentand the response from Toys R Us has been "don't call us, we'll call you."

Toys R Us has destroyed the health of a young woman, could have badly injured a child, and they take no responsibility. Shame on you Toys R Us.

Isn't it an amazing coincidence that the bathroom stall in a toy-r-us fell on the "co-founder of popular parenting/consumer advocacy site"? What ARE the chances? What does "awesome striking power of the action toilet stall with collapsible mom trap" even mean? Are you trying to tell us that toys-r-us is stalling?

If you know pain is from accident, you should have few problems if using a good lawyer.

You would think a Toy store would so all it could for a young child, but they are in the toy industry.
Through my Ripoff Report I've discovered the toy industry is rank. Toysrus sells or did sell Megatech products (in fact a blimp like mine), and through my report, I've discovered the very top associations / organization leaders just accept everything that goes on beneth. You can bring problems to their attention and they do nothing, even through they have written values suggesting they should.

I think Toysrus would be silly to try to ignore you, but this is today's system. They are probably avoiding paying you as they know you'll be back with a powerful team later for more, so why not just pay once or twice then.

If you know the pain is from the accident, I would think you should have few problems if using a good lawyer.

Good luck, Blimp Fyling Models,
