Complaint Review: Toysrus

my childs birthday was august 29th he was given a toy that has a chinese magnet in it...i tried to return this toy august 30th still brand new in the box toys r us said that they would not accept this poisioned china toy back they would not give a refund nor would they exchange it cus it was purchased previous to his birthday outside teh 45 day mark i did have the receipt i called there coporate and they accused me of commiting retrun fraud. they do not stand by there health saftey risking products they spent 2999 plus tax i want 30 dollars back
