TQG charged my bank account for $1.97 on 9/8, and $79.90 on 9/14 and 10/10, for a total of $161.77.  I did not order this service and have cancelled it, but they refuse to refund my money.

On my first call, I asked to speak to the supervisor and was put on hold, and then disconnected.  The second time, I asked to speak to the supervisor and the support person pretended not to be able to hear me, and then terminated the call.  Both times, I was told that my money could not be refunded.

I have no recollection of ordering this service.  I may have read their blurb but had no interest in it.  Nevertheless, they still should not refuse to return the money.  Honest merchants always give a refund to disgruntled customers even if the customer is in the wrong (which I am not).

This is not the only time an online company has pulled this trick on me and, from reading online complaints, I know I am not the only one.  I realize the Internet functions on a policy of caveat emptor, but there should be some protection against blatant theft.  I am a senior citizen on limited income and cannot afford to write off any sums of money.
