If you can help it, dont take loads from TQL! They are they worst company ever!! I have 18 trucks i dispatch, now i will only load my drivers from TQL if there absolutely no other load avaliable! There has never been a time that i would take a load from them and not have problems! First off all every single employee is EXTREMLY rude They are very mean. I got screamed at and yelled at everytime i booked a load with them.

The most recent load i took was a load with multiple stops. I had a truck with a team. Before taking the load i said that i can take the load only if they can schedule the drop of a day earlier. They said it was fine i called

The store where they were delivering asked if i can schedule earlier they said fine, we rescheduled 1 day earlier and i took the load. The day before delivery TQL called the reciever and rescheduled the appoitment to the next day. WITHOUT ASKING ME OR MY DRIVERS. They get there to deliver and the reciever said well to bad you rescheduled. I called TQL asking whats going on and all they said is

We will decide when you unload and to bad sit there till tommorow. Seriously??? And thats the least worse experiance i had with them!!! I have many friends dispatchers that dont want anything to do with TQL and that dont take loads from them anymore. And that is more than 100 trucks that wont take loads from them because of how rude and horriable there to work with
