 My company transported a load with TQL,few cases were rejected at the receiver because ther were not safely packed.The claim is few hundred dollars,though it has to do with the shipper and receiver.But TQL ,put a hold on my payments for months,every week they are holding approximately $4000 from my company payments,and ther are saying they could do that for up to 9 months against my company.Well in 9 months,they would steal from me approx. $150,000.And the whole claim is $200.So they are going to keep $150,000 from my company,in order after 9 months to find out who is going to pay that $200.And they are not holding the shippers account or the receivers,or their own ,but just mine.And they are saying they can do that by the contract,but there is nowhere in the contract that says they can do that to my company.so basically,because I am a small business owner,and they are the brokerage company who holds my money on delivered loads,they are doing a fraud and stealing from my company cause I am not a big corporation,and they think they can do whatever they want.So it is a basic fraud,And they are doing with everybody else,all other owner operators,if there is a little issue,instead of solving it right away,they intentionally do not solve it,so they can steal from you for months.And I have a full insurance,so even if something happens with my company's fault,my insurance would pay for it.So this is a complete rip off,they are fraudsters and thievs,who steal from honest small businesses

 Once I exposed them online how TQL steals from owner operators illegally,next day TQL decided to pay me for all the extra loads payments that they were holding illegally,but they told me ,because I threatened them with legal action against their fraud and also exposed them online,they are going to block my company from taking any more loads through them .So basically once they got exposed they paid me,but afterwards they blocked my company in order to financially hurt my company .They are just a big fraud company,that feeds of from honest owner operators.There is nowhere in the contract that I have with them that they could do that.They did the same thing to me a year ago,there was a claim,it took 6 months,and during these 6 months they hold $10000 of my money,and returned it after the claim ended and there is nowhere in the contract that they can freeze my money,because I have full insurance,and if there is a claim,and it is my fault than insurance pays,and if it is not my fault than the shipper pays.But In this latest claim it was the shippers fault,and TQL knew from the beginning,but they decided to hold my payments for no reason,and they were telling me that they would hold on until the end of the claim,but once they got exposed online,they paid me right the next day.So if anybody thinking to do business with TQL please stay away,they will rip you off one day,they are fraudsters,they don't go by the law or by the contract.
