Complaint Review: TRA Innovations

I purchased a set of minecraft legos for $131.99.  I received one part of the set called "the village".  When I inquired where the rest of it was they said I only ordered the village.  The village retails on their very page for $64.00.  I said no, I ordered the set (which retailed on their site for $131.99).  I paid with PayPal.  They did not dispute that I paid $131.99 just that I only wanted the village.  Now they will not return the rest of my money nor will they send the rest of the legos.  The only way to get a full refund is to send the unused portion back.  My grandson loved the village and has used it...it is now NOT unused.  The scam is that they send you less than you pay for and they won't refund anything unless you send the first part back UNUSED at your expense.  PayPal stands by them because you cannot comply....it is a huge ripoff.  All I asked for was my original order - or the remainder of my money back for the missing pieces.  TRA Innovations are very innovative in that they know how to work the system.  I will NEVER order another thing from them and neither will any family members or friends.
