This website is a lead appointment agency that gets customers in touch with Transmission repair shops. They solicit the shops to paying a fee to get customers off the internet in the repsected areas of the country and sell the repair job to the customer. they take a downpayment and claim that they will warranty the parts and labor anywhere in the US if you happen to break down away from the original repair shop. The shop gets paid the balance but does not honor the warranty without this company's backing. I spent over $3800 dollars on a complete rebiuld of a GM 2009 4x4 6L80 transmission. 8 months later and barely 9K miles and the transmission had a complete failure again. When i tried to contact the last known agent I spoke with, he said he did not work for the company any more and he would try to get me in touch with the owner. I found this website after the old website was no longer active and recognized the same format of tra10jr.com and called them. The agent immediately got angry with me and used vulgar language and remarks and said i wasn't in the system. The agaent was extremely rude and very offensive. this is how they treat people that they know they have to honor their part of the warranty.
