Jimmy Dixon has some sense that once you've given him the check the job is done.  He fails to follow the EIA/TIA regardless of the importance of safety and code.  Gime him a Devision 27, he'll give you a bid which is incredibly low priced, and he'll make sure you get what you pay for.  For instance, I was instructed to fusion splice a job in Minnesota for a new train line in St. Paul.  Instead of following their bid, Jimmy orders his direction drill crew to just pull on the plotted route but cut the fiber in spots to make the fiber easier to pull.  He then orders me to splice the line and just bury the fusion splice inclosure in the dirt instead of setting a quazite box which was in the bid.  So there are 5 buried splices which the city doesn't know about.

He forces his sales staff to lie to the customers about the lack of work or product which is agreed on in the bid.  He continously changes his pay scale but does not pay his sales staff their commisions.  I know he owes one fellow over $30K in commissions alone.  He does not pay his unemployment tax.  He fires anyone when they question why their check is short or bounces (which it commonly does).  He'll hire the most inexperienced person and put them in charge of large projects which they have no business running.  One of his employees was criticially enjured while using a trencher and he forced the employee to continue to work out of town so as to avoid court ordered doctor exams.

All in all stay away from Trace Technologies.  Or don't.  You might get a working structured network.  You might not.
