Tracfone Deceptive. dishonest, rip-off company, rude, ignorant staff, Miami, Florida Florida
Tracfone is easily the most deceptive, rip-off oriented company that I have had the misfortune to encounter.
I called the corporate office (not customer service) and spoke to "Renee". Renee is a typical Tracfone employee, dishonest, a blantant liar and with no shame. She deliberate lied to me when she told me that Alcatel no longer made the phone that I wanted to replace. I called Alcatel and they assured me that they contine to make the phone and that Tracfone has it.
When I called Renee back, she behaved in typical Tracfone style, she hung up on me. Renee appears to have the same character of a female who stands on a street corner and sells herself for $25.00.
It boggles my mind that the FCC allows this deceptive company to operate in the USA. My next correspondence is to the FCC.
