I have been dealing with these incompetents for years because they have cell phone service that we can afford. Recently I was on the phone with them for an hour and spoke with three people and all of them had me entering codes into the phone that did not work to solve the problem of my phone going straight to voice mail and not ringing when it is called. I finally had to cut out of this frustrating exercise in futility and take a break of a couple of days to simmer down from my fury at their complete incompetence. I have been going through this horrible routine with them every time I get a new phone from them.

These people have NO idea what they are doing and have ancient equipment and totally outdated technology. One of their favorite tricks is to put you on hold and then the connection is broken so you have to call back again and start over with another agent who is equally clueless. Or they will simply pass you over to another agent who doesn't understand what the problem is and does not admit that and puts you through hoops to try to fix something they know nothing about. After days of this time consuming farce, you may finally get someone who can fix it. This company has aspirations to get in the smart phone business. Holy Cow! What a debacle that will be!

i have had more than my share of time wasted with there incompetence they all seem to follow some script and nothing nothing else

i would suggest calling there corparate office and ask for a manager
