Tracfone Ripoff this company stole 651 units off of my husbands phone, became very rude with me over the phone when I was explaining that the phone had been lost Nationwide
When trying to reactivate our tracfone the company decided to rip us off of over 651 units. We had called the company back in july, and told them we had lost our phone. We told them just as soon as we found the phone that we would reactivate it we wanted to know if we would lose the remaining minutes on the phone.
The representative told us not to worry we would not lose our minutes she would document it so they would still be there when we reactivated our phone. Now we go to try and reactivate the phone and we are informed that we lose all those minutes which means not only did they lie they caused us stress because we now have no unites on our phone.
We feel that we were ripped off, lied to and that was not right. We work hard for that money to buy the consumers product then we are ripped off by the same one you buy the product from we feel that we should be reembursed for units and apologised to. Thank you
