STRAIGHT TALK WIRELESS DOUBLE BILLED ME FOR DEC AND JAN, EVEN THOUGH I WAS PAID UP FOR 3 MONTHS.  THEY REFUSE TO ISSUE A REFUND OR RETURN CALLS.  THEY ONLY REFER YOU TO THE CALL CENTER IN THE PHILLIPPINES WHO ARE ZERO HELP.   THIS IS THE ONLY THING THEY TELL CUSTOMERS.  THIS COMPANY IS A MULTINATIONAL FROM SOUTH AMERICA, BASED IN MIAMI. 

COMPLAINTS TO BBB, FTC, FCC, AND FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL ARE ON FILE.
