TracFone Wireless, Inc. Sales Fraud - Never Delivered Airtime Minutes Purchased Miami, Florida

On 1-16-2013, I purchased 240 airtime minutes from TracFone Wireless for my TracFone cell phone. The total purchase amount, including fees and taxes, was $34.30. Instead of receiving my minutes immediately after my debit card was approved, I received a message telling me that I would receive my minutes "within 24 hours." This never occurred and still has not occurred, as of today.

I attempted to contact TracFone about this several times by phone, and found there is no way to speak to a live human being. I then tried to lodge a complaint via the company's online "support forum," where I found, after registering, that there is no way to post a new message to the forum. Finally, I looked on Facebook for TracFone and found three separate Facebook pages for the company. I posted messages on all three and, a few days later, received a response from one of them: "Sucks to be you, don't it?"
