Tracfone Wireless, Inc. They ripped me off for 474.4 minutes and 335 day of service. Miami, Florida
I bought a LG600G phone from Tracfone in November and within 5 months it was giving me problems ( it would not hold a charge for two days, People could not understand what I was saying and they were breaking up to the point I could not understand them).
I tried calling them to report the problem but they said they could not check the phone if I was talking on it. I had no other phone and being disabled had no way to get to another phone. Of course when I could get through I would get hold of some mid-easterner that couldn't speak Good English and surely could not understand English.
After arguing with them in emails for approximately three months, they finally sent a replacement phone of the same type. When I tried to activate it per their instructions I had the same problems with it that I had with the old phone.
Then I tried to reactivate the old phone because of the 474.4 minutes and 335 days I had on it, and I lost everything. It reactivated with 0 minutes and 335 days.
I got so frustrated with the phones I packaged them both up and sent them back to Tracfone. I received one from Verizon Wireless and transferred my number to it. That is the number I have now (785-xxx-xxxx).(((REDACTED)))
