Tracfone Wireless, Inc. Customer service manager Shavanne Morrson Refused to add my double minutes after a dble minutes card was added to my sons phone and then more minutes were added. Her excuse "oh you did not enter the dble card correctly and I can not give you the dble minutes". I DID enter the card correctly! And now because of it not processing correctly on THEIR SERVICE I am SOL on 60 minutes! I do  not appreciate a non-english speaking person basically telling me too bad and trying to blame it on me when I know how these phones work and did exactly what I was supposed to do! I can read and understand english and have used various cell phones for many years. This smells of a NEW PHONE ACTIVATION RIPOFF if you ask me. Customer service is worthless, you can not reach the corporate office to complain because no one there will answer the phone and they will not direct your call to the person you ask for FJ Pollack, President/Ceo; instead you get sent to some woman's voicemail every time you call no matter what guy you ask for. I asked to speak with a specific person I expect to be connected to that person - not someone else. By the way thanks Shavanne Morrson for suggesting that you could transfer me to one of your "equals" whom would only tell me the same crap you did- god forbid I should reach the boss directly over your head! My next step is to file a complaint with the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau and anyone else I find along the way I will spread the word to them too.
