The worthless customer service folks at Tracfone just informed me that, although I purchased a defective LG290C at Walmart with double minutes for life, the replacement (refurbished vs. new) LG290C they sent me after a month of horribly frustrating & unsatisfying interactions with said "customer service", did not have double minutes for life. ...The supervisor informed me that Tracfone replaced my defective phone out of their own "kindness". I got ripped off for double minutes for life!
