We purchased a 2006 PT 175 Bass Tracker from Bass Pro in Columbia Mo. We purchased the extended warranty becuase the sales manager, Paul Waller, explained to us that this warranty would cover the entire package from front to back including everything on the boat, what a lie that was. The interior is completly falling apart,carpet is coming up,seats are ripping apart at the seams and the rod holder compartment lid shuts so tight that it has wore the carpet completly off and splintered the wood decking next to it which is clearly a structural problem in the decking. This boat has been properly maintained and protected from the elements at all times. We originally were not going to purchase the extended warranty but after Mr. Waller explained that it would protect the entire boat including the interior we felt it was a good deal. Now they refuse to fix these problems stating they are not covered. Bottom line is these guys will tell yuo anything to make a sell.
