I purchased a 2002 175 pro crappie tracker boat in January 2002 and the boat I got had a hook in the hull that caused the boat to plow in front. I took the boat to the dealer and they found the hook. Tracker wanted the boat back to evaluate the problem and had the boat for almost 4 months.

Tracker said the boat had a cracker stringer which they replaced but said they could not get all of the hook out of the hull.

I told the dealer that I would not accept the boat back as I had paid over $11,000.00 for a new boat and not one with a bad hull. I want tracker to replace the hull but they don't want to even talk about it.

I am in the process of talking to a lawyer who feels that this falls under Federal Consumer Protection Laws and that I have a good case to sue Tracker.

This has been going on for almost six months and I still do not have the new boat that I purchased and tracker could care less.

If anyone is thinking of buying a tracker product, run and run fast, because they will just rip you off. They make bad products and when you complain, they will not fix the problem.

I don't know how long this will go on but you can be sure I will tell everyone I can to not buy tracker. If they have a boat show with tracker boats, I will tell everyone not to buy.
