Complaint Review: Tracphone Wireless

Tracphone Wireless Custpomer technicians on the help centers not helpful, cut-ooff 7different times & dealt with 7 new technichians who were also cut off, one was very rude and insinuated everything was our fault Plainfield, Indiana

We own a Tracphone purchased 2 years ago.  We purchase a 60min. 90 day add time card  to  add to the existing 320.40 accumulated minutes.  Our days were to run out on June 27, 2011.  I purchased a 60 min card on June 24, 2011 and attempted to add the time  on June 25 with 2 days active service left on the tracfone.

When I attempted to add the 60mins, it wouldn't register so, I called the Tracfone people for assistance.  I was informed that I had transferred my 320.40 mins to another phone in my possession.  However, after about 3 hours, I convinced them that I had owned only 1 phone and that wasn't the case.  They said they would send me a new sim card for the phone and that I would then get my accu;mulated mins plus the 60 new mins.

The card arrived yesterday.  I called 1-800-867-7183 number and was told by the first male tec that not only had my 320.40 min been transferred but the 60 mins that I had  purchased.  I told him that the new Sim card had been put into the phone.  He was rude and insinuated that I was lying and he went to seek his monitor. 

At that, my land phone  rang busy.  I was cut off for the next 6 tecs.  The last tech told me that the new Sim card was no good and she would send me another one and at upon its arrival to call back and I would get my phone reinstated; the accum. 320.40 plus the 60 new purchased mins.  I feel that this won't happen and I have been ripped off.
