Complaint Review: Tracphone wireless Inc.

 On Dec18 2009 I purchased a Tracphone style Kyrocera. Plugged it in for the recomended 24 hours. When I went to activate it went dead with in 1 minute. Contacted tracphone and they sent me another phone. Guess what same problem called and theyt sent another phone guess what same problem Contacted them again they promissed to send me an upgraded phone (LG 100) for my troubles. Well guess what they sent me another Kyrocera and as I inspected the box it came in it states on the side of the box that it is reconditioned. Well imagine my outrage to be sent a faulty phone again. I contacted them again and they told me I was out of luck and they would send me a new battery for one of the 4 phones that did not work. I could choose the one I want and send the others back. Well needless to say I hung up the phone and now over 30 days later I have 4 phones that wont turn on 218 minutes of air time I can not use and a big black eye from tracphone. I intend to send the phones and a copy of my complaint to the Oregon States Atty General.

Do not buy tracphone they are a scam and have no concern for customer service.
