Tracpone took 1500 minutes in two weeks on cell phone and net 10 wifi Internet
Tracpone keeps you on the phone for two hours just to port your phone number.
I had a Net 10 Hot Spot for Wi FI that had 1500 minutes and they took them away in two weeks. Did not use the hot spot. I had it to ask Alexa dot two questions a night and unplugged it. There was no way I used 1500 minutes in two weeks.
I just activated a Cell Phone On June 06,2017 with 1500 text, talk and Data minutes that to last a year. I only use my phone to call the Vet and my Doctor. I use Computer at work or WiFI. Tracpone has not given me internet for the last two weeks. I called 6/27/2017 and asked why, he said I had no Minutes again. Only had the phone activated two weeks and did not use the minutes. Now I have to send the phone back so i do not have to pay for it. It will cost me to send it back plus now AI will have no phone and lose my number.
I am fed up with Tracpone keeping you on the line for hours at a time and taking your minutes away. The person I spoke to said they make a commission off of keeping you on the phone and take your minutes. However I called from a landline so they could not take my minutes and they still did.
