Complaint Review: Tracy Bernardo

It's really sad what this man has put people through, I'm glad you guys have put in all the effort and research to expose this man online, without that he would still be out there confident into taking advantage of poor unsuspecting victims. I don't understand how someone can make a living screwing others around, there's something wrong this man. This is why Ripoff is important for consumers, without it, it would give the means of scammers to scam without much repercussions.

Look at this statement Tracy Bernardo has posted on his Facebook.

What a disgusting hypocrite, stealing thousands from helpless victims, attacking them afterwards, death threats, calls to their homes late night to intimidate them, calls to their work place to slander them, made allegations to an English teacher of child molestation, doesn’t hold up on his guarantees and right away blames the clients then blocks them, disgusting voicemails to victims, has prior criminal records and DUI’s on his records, slanders a reputable company because he doesn’t agree with their prices and pretty much anything that comes out of his mouth is a lie.

Ladies and gentlemen I present to you a sociopath, someone who makes a life screwing other people over then instead of taking fault he starts blaming everyone and everything for his own repulsive behavior. His has left an extensive footprint online, research his name, his companies that he owned in the past, his websites…ect You’ll find nothing but scams and victims. He’s quick to manipulative, scam and slander everyone but the second people fight back he wants to cry injustice, what a disgusting hypocrite.

Don’t you ever cry about being attack when you’re the one that opened the can of worms, you’re the one that left people feeling helpless and physically ill, you’re the one that took thousands of dollars of their hard earn money away from them, you’re the one that kept on attacking those you scammed, you’re the one who was sued in court many, many times, you’re the one that tried so hard to bring those who exposed you down in every way possible, you’re the one with the nasty, disgusting, vile and foul mouth! You think you could just scam dozens of people out of an average of 3-4 thousand dollars and think no one will research and expose you? The funny thing is that you make it easy for us, all your scam websites are the same on you use in your web design portfolio.

Everyone knows about you, they all saw the path of destruction you brought; you were even exposed to a whole class of English students, that’s how disgusting and sick you are! Open your god d**n eyes and stop trying to play the victim role.

You even tried to slander www.hitslink.com after being billed for the pricing option you chosen! A company that has done business with Microsoft and has a great track record, the moment something doesn’t go your way your first line of defense is to attack and slander them even though it was your fault, lets read a quote from them.

This man is a sociopath and a walking contradiction; he is the kind of people you need to watch out for, the kind of people who appear to be normal and charming due to their egoistical and narcissistic persona. Once they grab you into their web of lies and deceit they will exploit you and string you along for their own selfish ride, once you found out you’ve been had that’s when they turn the tables around on you because they’re pathological liars, this is how all sociopaths work.

Oh like the rage after you lashed out at your victims after they tried to get their money back? Calling them late night to intimidate them? Calling their work office to try and slander them? Accusing a professional teacher of child molestation after she exposed you? Steal thousands of dollars of peoples hard earn money with no remorse? Kept on calling and threaten a huge reputable company after you didn’t like their pricing policy to the point they had to transfer his calls to another department?

You lashed out to clients to the point they started making websites to warn others about you! When your victims try and speak out on you, you threaten them with legal action. YOU’RE A HYPOCRITE and a walking CONTRADICTION! You’re going to carry that to your grave along with your disgusting manipulative character, your court cases, your accusations, and the pain and trouble you caused your victims, you have a lot of dirt on your hands, but you probably don’t see that because you’re a narcissistic sociopath, you believe everything you do is right while everyone you screwed over is wrong, you’re the type of person that is wrong with this world.

This is EXACTLY why no one on earth should do business with Tracy J Bernardo, like others have implied you might as well throw your money in the trash rather than working this man because if he doesn't get his way he'll slander your business like he has done with many, many victims. Look at the author of this report, he didn't even do business with Tracy Bernardo and his business was slandered by him. Now you wonder why he hops from one business to the next, he runs a unethical company, suck all the money he can from his clients, gets exposed, build another company and REPEAT! The proof is in the pudding, this man is ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE!

Look at how hard he is trying to cover his tracks; he has registered many domain names in his name in hopes of covering up his negative reviews on Google. This man is a repulsive human being, here’s a quote from one of his victims which is a respectable English teacher:

Do you see the pattern here folks? This piece of s**t loves to THREATEN people behind the computer or phone, he does not care about anyone business or anyone but himself, he is mentally ill sociopath. He has a long history of threatening and slandering people yet the moment someone gives him a taste of his own medicine he wants to THREATEN them once again this time legally, any lawyer that defends this man is a piece of s**t himself.

He wants to talk about defamation of character? The same man who threw out molestation allegations to an English teacher? The same person who calls up his clients place of work to slander and threaten them? The same person who sends out death threats and hacks clients websites? What a disgusting hypocrite, this like most sociopath wants their cake and eat it too.

It’s also funny and ironic how he mentioned they will be served in public and the World will know the person he is. Oh what happened there? Nothing, but the World do know who you are Tracy, they can lookup your court records, they can read the long list of what you done to your own clients straight from your ex pig brokers reports; your disgusting and vile character, your past history of scams and trademark counter tactics by blaming the clients for your OWN deceits! There is no way in the World you can defend yourself, I feel sorry for your mother.

Glad you got out while you did, that is Tracy’s MO, if you expose him truthfully he turns it around on you and exposes you with absolutely false accusations with no merit, he has done this again and again, one victim after the next. The sad part is that you didn’t even do any business with Tracy yet were slandered; this is what happens when you come into contact with this monster. You have mentioned that you were also slandered by Tracy Bernardo? Is there a way you can share or post verbatim his accusations? We have dug deep into this man’s past and found out he’s been hoping from one company to the next and basically every company he has owned has been reported on Ripoff.com, this man obviously does not play by the rules and needs to be taught a lesson.

He has slandered and attack most of his victims, Tracy has even called one of his victims place of work and started to slander his victim to all her associates, he has made anonymous death threats, hacked websites, late night phone call harassments, threw out molestation allegations against an English teacher who exposed him not only online but to her whole classroom. He also has a weight guarantee on his website yet the pigs never meet them and victims are either blamed by Tracy for “over feeding” the pigs or he blocks them via email and his own website via IP block, and remember these victims paid an average of $4000 for these expensive pigs which were baited and switched after payment.

Now for his Sacramentowebdeisgn.com company we had a programmer/designer friend look into  it and also came to the conclusion that it is a bait and switch website as well because all the websites on his portfolio are traced back to his own personal websites he had done by other design companies, that’s why they look customized, so it shouldn’t reflect his design company for the fact that he did not design them.

When someone gets a website done by him he’s just buying a cheap template from another website and charging full price for a design to his clients, when buying a template he’s supposed to let his clients know and is only supposed to charge them with installation and the customizations he’s done to it, which is next to nothing. This man is selling you snake oil. This man is sick, disgusting and delusional; he should be ashamed of himself because I'm fairly quite certain that his own parents are.

OK, this all make sense now. This is the nortorious Tracy J Bernardo ripoff master mind behind hundreds of complaints. Just copy and paste his name in Google! This man has some serious issues. Once again we deem this man not even worthy of an response. We contated him in MAY to develope our webpage and did a back-ground check on him and seen his "bad reputation" and of course we were smart enought to expose him and tell him no sale! Now he acts liking like a child he is making these false acusations towards my company. Anyone who knows me and my integrity will laugh at these complaints. Tracy J Bernardo Grow Up! Be very aware of this individual!

That's definitely a very shady looking website. I found two of their clients on Google and needless to say their websites look like crap, looks nothing like the examples they provided in their portfolio. They've done nothing more than installed a wordpress template with a few minor adjustments and charged hundreds of dollars for it, that’s how they're able to build you a website for cheap, what a ripoff. No design customization whatsoever and they dare call themselves a web design group.

I checked out the links you posted and this guy seems like a real scam artist looking for any opportunity to cash in people's hard earn money. Every company he has owned has been reported on Ripoffreports.com, how does this guy stay in business with such a horrible reputation? This guy needs to have his businees license revoked. 

I would advise anyone not to do business with this company; they do not care about you, only your money and it shows in the quality of their work. Once the money is in their hands, they can care less about your website, just read the reports on those pigs, once he received the money, he ignored, slanders and victimized his customers. When they speak openly about it he threatens them with lawsuits, how pathetic. Why would you let a indvidual like that build your website?
