I was an insider that witnessed the contractual dealings and breach of contract by this dishonest woman that launched an attack on the company and owner. Tracy Moore posted nasty reports on the web and continues to harass that company and owner with false allegations and shifting all the blame to that person. In the last 5 months she never accepted the consequences of her own actions. The company had a photography contract with Tracy Moore and received a deposit in March 2012 to provide 5 hours of wedding photography on July 28 but she called the month of the wedding demanding another service (videography) not even listed on the contract.
Tracy Moore refused to pay for that seperate service. What you expect the company to do Tracy? You think you have a legal right under law to demand another service days before your wedding and they are going to just eat that extra cost. The customer is NOT always right. In the real world, its what is known as extortion. Of course the company is going to refuse to provide another service not listed on the contract. If you had a contract for 5 hours of photography and not videography its only logical the company refuse to provide that. You clearly put yourself in breach of contract days before your wedding.
You called the owner several times screaming on the phone demanding a refund if he refused to provide another service that was never part of the contract. You had your fiance and sister call numerous times making threats and screaming and using profanity over the phone. Next time you enter an agreement with a service provider under contract, you should read the entire contract and be aware of the terms before you sign the document and remit any payments to that company. What you've been doing the last 5 months is deceptive and nothing more than extortion. Its sick and you've already ruined the company on the web. STOP pretending to be innocent and accept responsibility for your mistake. You had no legal right to demand another service not listed on the contract.
