Complaint Review: Tracy's Pamperd Pooch

Tracy Homan is a Non Licensed Breeder. NonE of her business is legal. She has puppy's that are covered in flea's all the time. Her puppy's are always getting sick because she does not take care of them the right way. She never takes them to the vet until they are so sick most of the time they don't make it. Let's really look at who has blood on there hands. I had been to her house 1 time before she moved and I swear I would never want to go back.

I would be afraid to see what conditions her dogs live in now compared to where they were before. I would never buy a puppy from her due to the conditions her puppy's live in all the time. She also breeds tea cup puppy's with regular yorkies so she can never gaurantee you will get a tea cup. You pay for a tea cup but most the time you never get a tea cup. She is a great rip off artist. And who would want to buy a dog from a breeder that is not licensed to sell them anyway. We all pay taxes why can't she. Does she think she is better than everyone else. I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!
