Trade Show Travel Company Jason White, general manager Is this real or not? West Palm Beach Florida
I bought a package that was supposed to be as follows:
Trips valuable for 4 adults or a family of five, that is transferable and that with 30 days notice, guaranteed the dates asked for.
6 days and 5 nights in Orlando OR Daytona Beach
5 days and 4 nights in the other city above
2 other bonus trips from a list that had over 37 destinations, including all inclusive hotels and cruises (Including Villa del Palmar, in Cancun and cruises with Carnival, which I specifically asked for).
When they called, we had just bought a similar package, the same night, but from YN Travel. They told me YN was reputable, that they had nothing bad to say about them, but that they could give me a better deal and that way, since it was in the same cities, we could stay longer in each city, which sounded good to us, but I was weary, still.
They let me speak to the manager, Json White, and he said he would add another two bonus trips, and so I agreed to try it, for $249, and they told me if it was a scam to just call my credit card company.. They sent me a confirmation by email, but now there are only two bonus trips, on that one, and on top of that they are giving me:
5 days and four nights (instead of 6 days and five nights), and in Orlando (and not giving me a choice between Orlando and Daytona Beach)
3 days and two nghts i Daytona (instead of 5 days and four nights, and again no choice of the city).
Two bonus trips that we can take before or after Orlando.
I will call tomorrow to see what is up because I know they record the calls and I clearly said if it was not exactly as is, I was canceling the charge. I will call tomorrow and if they honour everything, I will write a message to put the public in confidence so they can also deal with them because if it is true, it is a great deal, even with the timeshare presentation.
