I ordered a Honda Shadow 600 service manual from trade bit.com I was supposed to be sent a code through the email address I provided. So I could download the manual to my computer. The code was never sent to my email address. But the $7.95 was taken out of my account. I've tried numerous times to contact the company. To no avail. Total RIPOFF
